Now Accepting Applications for Research Grants

The Society is now accepting applications for the THRIVE Research Grant to Accelerate Recovery and the SCCM-Weil Research Grant. SCCM member researchers may apply by August 12, 2016, to be considered for grant support in 2017.

THRIVE Research Grant to Accelerate Recovery
Through generous funding from SCCM, the THRIVE Grant offers up to $50,000 to support members conducting research aimed at improving patient and family support after critical illness. Investigator-initiated research should help advance and improve our understanding of survivorship from critical illness, as well as support and improve the experiences of survivors and their families.

SCCM-Weil Research Grant
Through generous funding from the SCCM-Weil Research Trust, SCCM is offering two grants of $50,000 each to support member researchers. Investigator-initiated research should help advance and improve our understanding of critical illness and patient care. Basic, translational and clinical research submissions are encouraged.
